Delivery
For orders of 1-3 bottles (mixed) there is a standard charge of £4.00 GBP. For 4+ bottles (mixed) delivery is free of charge.
International delivery is available however please get in touch to be advised what the charge will be.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery.
Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
Returns
In the unlikely event that we supply goods that our faulty we will exchange them or refund your payment.
For products purchased on littleorganics.co.uk, you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days starting the day after you receive the products. We offer a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. You must send the product back to us within 14 days of telling us that you wish to return the product.
Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.
To make a return, please contact us at info@mee-go.co.uk or telephoning us on +44 (0)1924 485552 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 9am and 3pm on Friday with your name, address, phone number and order number. We will then assist you in completing the return process.
